Lore:
As part of the Bright Moon Circus, these beings are tasked with finding fallen stars for the Circus guests to use to make wishes within the Circus proper.

Starstruck Harpy and Starstruck Dragons were the first public showings of rivalry between Titania and Oberon. While it was still early in their separation and the founding of the circus, these two have been butting heads for thousands of years now.

The Starstruck harpy actually predate the Harlequin Harpy, but operated outside of the court for the most part. Tasked with catching falling stars and turning them into eggs, they had no equal and no opposition to start.

But jealous as he always has been, Oberon created the Starstruck dragons. Tasking them, officially, with consuming DYING stars before they can supernova, he had secretly commanded them to find and consume the fallen stars before the harpy could.

This entailed it's own competition, similar to the Rose Knights would later, but it was still both private and public as they were still acting as a couple, though "troubled", but still tried to show a united front so as not throw their court into chaos.
